Messaging terms (WhatsApp and SMS)
Argoneers Alerts
Argoneers Alerts sends operational notifications to Argoneers team members, such as new orders and low inventory in our brands' stores. It is not a marketing program and is not offered to the public.
- How you join: team members opt in by entering their own mobile number in the notification settings of our internal management system and checking a box agreeing to receive alerts by WhatsApp and/or text message. Consent is not a condition of employment or of any purchase.
- Message frequency varies with store activity.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- To stop text messages, reply STOP. You will receive one confirmation and no further texts. On WhatsApp, reply STOP or block the Argoneers account. You can also turn alerts off in the notification settings or by writing to us.
- For help, reply HELP or email argo@argoneers.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle phone numbers and consent. No mobile information is shared with third parties for marketing.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed.
